1)
Lag The killer blow of any online
game you play, with animation stuttering and
opponents appearing from nowhere. If any game you
play in suffers from lag you are better off leaving
as I can guarantee you, it will be no fun.
2)
Team Killers I want the heli.
This phrase is most commonly used by beginners or
the younger generation. Instead of engaging in the
war, they feel waiting for a helicopter to spawn is
a more productive use of time.
3)
Opponents In Your Main Base As
the rest of the spawn points are full of action,
you decide to take the quiet and usually scenic
routine of spawning at your main base, and then you
suddenly get sniped or realize the base is overrun
by opposition. Although there are no set rules
about this technique, in my opinion it just takes
away the fun of the game.
4)
Uneven Teams No-one likes being
outnumbered and when this occurs in an online game
of Battlefield 2 it is the same depressed feeling.
The worst thing that can happen is when a new
person joins the game, they see what team is doing
better and go onto that side, although there is a
block to stop this but it still occurs.
5)
Small Number Of Locations
Although this is not the case in the retail version
of Battlefield 2, it seems to happen online.
Certain maps such as, Backstab and BridgeTooFar are
the maps that always seem to be played. Although
you do get used to the maps, they do get tedious
very quickly.
